Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: Provided by the Administrator during registration (Name, Mobile Number, Email).
  • QR & Camera Access: The app requires camera permission solely to scan loyalty QR codes. We do not store photos or videos from your device.
  • Usage Data: We collect information on how you use the app, such as point accumulation history and redemption logs.
  • Device Information: Type of mobile device, unique device ID, and operating system for security and push notification purposes.

How We Use Your Data

  • To manage your loyalty account and track points.
  • To validate QR code scans and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • To send real-time notifications (SMS/Email) regarding your rewards.
  • To generate internal reports for the system administrator.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share information only with essential service providers:

  • AWS: For secure cloud hosting.
  • Twilio: To deliver SMS/OTP communications.
  • Firebase: For app authentication and push notifications.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Since your account is created by an Admin, please ensure your login credentials are kept confidential.

Your Rights (DPDP Act Compliance)

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a summary of your points and data.
  • Correction: Ask the Admin to update incorrect information.
  • Erasure: Request account deletion (which will forfeit all points).

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Registration

  • Users are registered by an authorized Administrator. By using the app, you agree that the information provided is accurate.
  • Each user is assigned a unique QR code. Sharing your QR code or account with others is strictly prohibited

Earning & Redeeming Points

  • Accrual: Points are awarded only for valid QR scans at authorized "boards" or locations.
  • Thresholds: Rewards are subject to minimum/maximum thresholds set by the Administrator.
  • No Cash Value: Loyalty points are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for currency.
  • Expiration: Points may expire after [Insert Period, e.g., 12 months] of inactivity or as defined by the Admin.

Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Attempt to manipulate the QR scanning process.
  • Use any automated software to "farm" points.
  • Duplicate or tamper with assigned QR codes.
  • Penalty: Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of points due to unauthorized device access.
  • Technical failures of third-party services (AWS, Twilio).
  • Disputes between the user and the administrator regarding reward fulfillment.

Modification of Program

The Administrator reserves the right to change the "points-to-reward" ratio or terminate the loyalty program with [e.g., 30 days] notice.
